Division for follow-up graduates

Main mission: -

Checking the graduate documents issued by the scientific departments and working to achieve the standards of accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of the graduate documents.

Tasks and duties: -

Following up on graduates affairs / checking graduation documents organized by the scientific departments and submitting them to the signature of the university registrar

Issuing university orders for students to graduate after checking the names with admission orders and supporting documents.

Checking the names of graduates and publishing them on the university's website in cooperation with the Information Technology Center.

Statistics Division

Main mission: -

Provide all statistics on students and department employees and work to achieve accuracy standards.

Tasks and duties: -

Organizing statistics on accepted and postponed students for all years.
Enter statistics data electronically.
Answer the Ministry’s books on statistics.
Organizing the statistics of those covered by the Ministry’s decisions.

Verification of certificate Division

Main mission: -

Fighting administrative corruption by uncovering cases of forgery and manipulation of graduation documents issued in the name of the university and preventing anyone from obtaining any privileges without any right.

Tasks and duties: -

Receive letters and documents and send them to the departments.

Receive the answers on the validity of the issuance of documents from the departments to audit them and indicate the validity of their issuance and the response of the concerned authority after checking all the priorities.

Working with an electronic system for the validity of the issuance and providing the Ministry with monthly positions that indicate the movement of checking documents from the date they are received from the authority claiming the validity of the issuance until the answer to them, while providing the Ministry with a list that includes forged or distorted documents in terms of the contents that are revealed.
