Division for follow-up graduates

Main mission: -

Checking the graduate documents issued by the scientific departments and working to achieve the standards of accuracy, reliability, and overall quality of the graduate documents.


Tasks and duties: -

  • Following up on graduates affairs / checking graduation documents organized by the scientific departments and submitting them to the signature of the university registrar
  • Issuing university orders for students to graduate after checking the names with admission orders and supporting documents.
  • Checking the names of graduates and publishing them on the university's website in cooperation with the Information Technology Center.
